Menherarium is preparing to make the jump to Nintendo Switch, bringing its unusual mix of dice-based strategy, roguelite progression, and a deliberately unsettling premise to the platform.
The game puts players in a seven-day survival scenario after being confined by an obsessive girl. Each day revolves around reaching a required score through dice rolls, but simply relying on luck is rarely enough. Players can use special items to manipulate results, recover blood, and improve their chances of surviving the next round.
Survival Depends on More Than Luck
That blood mechanic is one of Menherarium’s stranger ideas. Failing a challenge has direct consequences. This gives each run more pressure than a standard score-chasing setup. As a result, deciding when to use an item can matter just as much as the roll itself.
The Nintendo Switch version is scheduled for August 13, 2026. It will be priced at $8.99 / 1,200 yen.
A new promotional trailer has also been released alongside the Switch announcement. It gives players a closer look at the game’s atmosphere and systems before launch.
Menherarium is already available on PC through Steam. The Switch release now gives the game another chance to reach players who prefer shorter roguelite sessions on a handheld system.
With its compact structure, unusual theme, and dice-focused mechanics, Menherarium looks like a curious addition to the Nintendo Switch lineup this month.
